ConsumerBase Offers Guarantee Program for Email Appends
Company
Will Warrant Validity of Email Addresses
EVANSTON, IL /March 5, 2007/-Today ConsumerBase outlined a program to guarantee
the validity of email addresses for clients that complete email appends. The program
will give clients a 30-day window in which to receive credit for invalid emails
appended to their files and will apply to both B2B and B2C clients.
Email appending is a process by which data customers add email addresses to their
existing customer postal records. Doing so allows them an efficient and inexpensive
means for driving superior customer relationships.
In the new program, ConsumerBase will warrant the validity of email addresses by
offering credit back to clients. They will have 30 days from the date of the append
to receive credit for email "hard-bounces" in which an email address does not exist.
Larry Organ, Chief Executive of ConsumerBase stated, "This measure formalizes a
best practice that we have followed for some time. The email addresses that we provide
through appends are extremely dependable and we want to extend every confidence
to our clients."
The program is effective immediately.
