Answer: We take great pains to ensure the quality of the data we provide. We even perform data hygiene We run all new records through the U.S. Postal Service’s National Change of Address (NCOA) database and test new email addresses for deliverability before they are added to our database.

Does ConsumerBase data come with a guarantee?
Answer: No. ConsumerBase enjoys an excellent reputation for data quality within our industry. However, due to the multiple variables that go into a direct marketing campaign such as the creative, time sent and even the offer itself, we are unable to guarantee results. However, we do work closely with clients to offer performance standards for deliverability in order to give them assurances that their marketing messages are reaching their intended audiences.
