Data License
You can now purchase an email or postal consumer data license from ConsumerBase. The cost of the license is for the base record only. Select prices are detailed by "Level" below. Here's how it works:
Buy a 1-Year Email License and Save MoneyConsumerBase charges $40 per 1,000 for email records including deployment (minimum quantity applies). Now you can purchase a license and save money. Purchase a 1 million, 2.5 million or 5 million record license at the significantly lower rates outlined below:
- 1,000,000 records at $20,000. 50% Discount. Savings of $20,000*
- 2,500,000 records at $45,000. 55% Discount. Savings of $55,000*
- 5,000,000 records at $80,000. 60% Discount. Savings of $120,000*
Once paid, your license gives you the right to email your offer to our database as frequently as you wish. You are able to email your offer for up to a year or to the quantity of your license. For example, with a 1,000,000 record license, you could email 19,230 emails, once per week, for a year. Or you could send out your million emails in one day. The choice is yours!
Email content must be pre-approved by ConsumerBase.

- 1,000,000 records at $30,000. 50% Discount. Savings of $30,000*
- 2,500,000 records at $67,500. 55% Discount. Savings of $82,500*
- 5,000,000 records at $120,000. 60% Discount. Savings of $180,000*
Once paid, your license gives you the right to order postal records as frequently as you wish. You are able to order postal records for up to a year or to the quantity of your license. For example, with a 1,000,000 record license, you could order 19,230 records, once per week, for a year. Or you could order your million postal records in one day. The choice is yours!

Selects
Selects fall into three categories and are all priced on a "per thousand" basis. For example, if you wish to purchase "gender" and "income" for a specific email or postal list, the charge for the selects would be $2.00/thousand records and $4.00/thousand records. So, for 5,000 emails, the cost of selecting the list by "gender" and "income" would be an additional $6.00/thousand records.
Level 1 Select ($2.00/thousand names): Ethnicity, Estimated Age, Estimated Income, Estimated Wealth, Gender, Behavior. Call for more!
Level 2 Select ($5.00/thousand names): Exact Age, Occupation, Presence of Children, Number of Children, Ages of Children. Call for more!
Level 3 Select ($15.00/thousand names): Date of Birth, Hobbies (by type), Interests (by type), Contributors. Call for more!
