When was ConsumerBase started?
Answer: ConsumerBase, originally known as CustomOffers, was started in 2001. In 2002, CustomOffers was purchased by The Mosaic Group, a publicly traded company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Later that year, due to issues unrelated to its acquisition of CustomOffers, Mosaic Group filed for bankruptcy and Larry Organ, the founder of CustomOffers, subsequently repurchased the assets of his old company. With a new name, ConsumerBase opened for business as a direct mail lists company in 2003.

Answer: ConsumerBase is headquartered in Evanston, IL, a suburb of Chicago. We also maintain a regional office in Fort Myers, FL.
