Howard Breen is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MacLaren McCann Canada. MacLaren provides integrated marketing communications services to a roster of blue chip clients.
Howard's executive-level career in brand-building spans 25 years in Canada and the U.S. Prior to his work at MacLaren McCann, he headed Young & Rubicam's North American Regions where he also had been Director of Acquisitions.

Larry Organ is an Internet marketing pioneer and innovator. Active in the direct marketing industry since 1986, Larry brings expertise in direct response, data aggregation, and sales management with a focus on direct-to-consumer marketing.
In 1995, Larry started fastWEB, a student scholarship search website. Under his leadership, fastWEB, now a Monster.com company (NasdaqNM:MNST), quickly became the leading website of its kind.
Larry aimed at the job market in 1999 and founded JobsOnline, taking on established career-services leaders such as Monster.com and HotJobs.com. Within months, JobsOnline surpassed the incumbents by attracting millions more unique visitors than any other employment website. JobsOnline, now part of Acxiom Corporation (NasdaqNM:ACXM), remains a Media Metrix Top 100 Internet company.
In 2001 Larry launched email marketing company CustomOffers which he sold in 2002 to The Mosaic Group. The Mosaic Group filed for bankruptcy eleven months later. Larry reacquired the assets of the company he started and renamed the new entity ConsumerBase in 2003.
Gidon Cohen

Gidon Cohen is President and Chief Executive Officer of Highland Capital LLC, a private equity and financial advisory company he founded in 1998.
Before starting Highland, Gidon had been an investment banker for 19 years. He was a Senior Managing Director of BA Partners (a group he co-founded) and has served in the same position at BancAmerica Securities, BancAmerica Robertson Stephens and NationsBanc Montgomery Securities. Additionally, he held the posts of Corporate Finance Associate Director and Corporate Finance Vice President, respectively, at Bear, Stearns & Co. and Smith Barney, Harris Upham.
Gidon holds a Master's of Management from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Jack is President of Kraft Enterprises, a strategic, value-added venture capital firm that he founded.
Prior to starting Kraft Enterprises, Jack had a 25-year career in the advertising industry that included work at Leo Burnett Worldwide and Young & Rubicam.
At Leo Burnett, Jack was Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer. He also sat on Leo Burnett's Board of Directors and was chair of its Finance Committee. At Young & Rubicam Jack was an Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and sat on the Board of Directors.
